By downloading, installing, or using switchfast ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and me regarding your use of the Service.

switchfast is a Windows desktop application that helps you organize and manage your desktop applications through customizable groups and workspaces.

The Service allows you to:

• Create and manage application groups
• Switch between different desktop setups instantly
• Restore application layouts after system restarts
• Customize shortcuts and preferences

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, I grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use switchfast for personal or commercial use.

3.1 Free Trial

I offer a 7-day free trial period. After the trial expires, continued use requires a valid license.

3.2 License Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the software
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Use the software for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Share your license with others or use it on multiple devices simultaneously
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels

4.1 Pricing

After the free trial period, switchfast requires an annual subscription of €5. Prices are subject to change with notice.

4.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. I do not store your payment information.

As a user of switchfast, you agree to:

• Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use the Service to harm others or interfere with their use of their systems
• Keep your license credentials secure and not share them with others
• Promptly notify me of any security breaches or unauthorized use
• Use the Service only for its intended purpose as a desktop organization tool

Your privacy is important to me. My Privacy Policy explains how I collect, use, and protect your information when you use switchfast.

By using the Service, you also agree to my Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

switchfast and all related materials, including but not limited to software, documentation, logos, and trademarks, are my intellectual property or that of my licensors.

You acknowledge that no title to or ownership of any proprietary rights related to the Service is transferred to you. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

I do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. You use the Service at your own risk.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, I SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

MY TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may stop using the Service and uninstall the software. I may terminate or suspend your access for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, you must stop using the Service and may be required to uninstall the software. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

I may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. I will notify you of significant changes through the application or by email.

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you don't agree to the changes, you should stop using the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the courts of Germany.
